Job Description
The Senior Associate Registrar of Data Management and Reporting reports to the School of Public Health Registrar and handles all aspects of data management within the Registrars Office as it relates to student information, cross-registration, non-degree registration, and enrollment. Coordinates routing data sharing across SPH and other Boston University entities, including confirming accuracy of tuition and fee charges, and acts as the Registrars Office contact for ad hoc data inquiries. Manages the systematic annual review of the Academic Bulletin. Working with the Registrar, the Senior Associate Registrar performs quality assurance testing on incoming data and new features and bug fixes in the student information system. Assists with identifying and implementing new technology initiatives to improve faculty and student experience, data reporting, processing systems, and data integrity. Directs ongoing technical support related to degree audit software. Oversees day to day operations and works as a team member on large scale events and projects.


Required Skills
Bachelors degree required. 5+ years of work experience in a Registrars office or equivalent record-keeping area is required, with preferred 2+ years of management experience.
