JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Advanced knowledge of administrative and general office practices and procedures, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet and database applications software, and use of standard office equipment. Knowledge of room scheduling software. Organizational skills and ability to multi task and work independently. Ability to exercise independent and professional judgment. Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, using proper grammar and spelling in the English language. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diplomacy and tact. Equivalent to high school education supplemented by additional training equal to two years of college and three years related experience, OR a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
