About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will advise, consult, and guide the project management process for medium - large scale cross-organizational projects. The person in this role will work closely with stakeholders in defining project charters, schedules, and budgets and will oversee the entire project lifecycle to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify project priorities and will lead project teams in creating project documentation and processes, and oversee the entire project lifecycle, delivering, high quality, innovative solutions. This position requires confidence, self-discipline, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently with minimum direction. The Project Manager must be able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing conditions and priorities, identifying risks, solutions, and opportunities to ensure goals are met. The job demands a factual and direct style of communication. There is a strong demand for high quality, organized and repeatable results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
5-10 years of leading projects
Project Management Professional (PMP) required
Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices a plus
Proven working experience and results in project management; including technical projects
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong planning skills applied through Smartsheets
