About the Opportunity:
The Department of Art + Design invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Teaching Fellowship in Games. This postdoctoral fellowship is a mentored position where game faculty from Art + Design will guide talented scholars in their teaching and research with the objective of securing a full-time tenure-track faculty position elsewhere. Teaching responsibilities include teaching courses or recitations at our undergraduate degrees in Games or for our Master's degree in Game Science and Design.

Responsibilities:
The teaching load is 3 classes per semester with the possibility of summer classes for extra compensation. We welcome fellows with expertise in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), creative coding, biometrics, AI in design (e.g., procedural content generation), game analytics, emerging technologies (VR/AR), and/or critical design.

Qualifications:
Must have teaching experience at the college level and a doctorate completed prior to the start of the appointment. This is a one-year position with the possibility of renewal for two additional years. The starting date is September 1, 2020.
