We are searching for an experienced Part-time Band/Choir Instructor at our Lompoc Valley Center facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Part-time Band/Choir Instructor

Part-time Music Instructor to teach college level band and choir at Santa Ynez Valley Union High School beginning in the fall semester. Classes are scheduled for the mornings, the exact schedule will be determined upon hire.

SALARY:

  • Lecture Rate: $46.98 to $71.93 per hour depending upon education and experience

  • Lab Rate: $40.91 to $62.63 per hour depending upon education and experience

  • Activity Rate: $30.23 to $47.18 per hour depending upon education and experience

    Required Qualifications:

    EDUCATION:

    Master's in music

    OR

    Bachelor's in music

    AND

    Master's in humanities

    OR

    the equivalent per Board Policy 7211.
