Job Summary:
Eastern Washington University Department of Psychology invites applications for a Lecturer in Psychology to support the CACREP accredited MS Counseling Program, as well as other Department needs, to begin September 16, 2020.

Eastern is a comprehensive public university and is Washington State's fastest growing public education institution. We are a driving force for the culture, economy and vitality of the Inland Northwest region. Over 12,000 students, 600 faculty and 800 staff make Eastern their destination of choice for learning opportunities and professional achievement. Eastern has a proud history of providing education to a high percentage of first-generation college students, often from under-represented and lower socioeconomic communities, a tradition the M.S. Counseling program maintains.

Eastern's Department of Psychology is committed to the selection, training, supervision, and professional success of students in our various programs and in the Masters of Science in Counseling degree, in keeping with the high standards established by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP). The program offers a structured sequence of curricular and clinical experiences with an emphasis on closely supervised training experiences both at the University and in the community.

Program faculty members have established strong relationships with area K-12 schools and community agencies, and students engage in meaningful practica and internship experiences across their time in the program.
