Job Summary

Provide support to the customers and staff of Residence Life by serving as the front desk receptionist in the central office.

This position has been identified by Federal Law (Jeanne Clery Act) as a Campus Security Authority (CSA), with significant student and campus responsibilities. CSAs are obligated to report crimes reported to them which occurred on campus, in public areas bordering campus and in certain non-campus buildings owned or controlled (leased) by the University.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the processing of incoming housing applications and contracts
  • Serve as a primary contact for conference room and vehicle reservations
  • Perform secretarial duties, data maintenance, accounting, financial, payroll, and specialized tasks using housing software
  • Perform duties that support operations in the business and administration area


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
  • One (1) or more years of related work experience


Proposed Salary

$14.66 - $15.59 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
