Job Description:
The Research Foundation (RF) Office of Compliance Services (OCS) is responsible for leading, managing, and championing corporate-wide initiatives designed to maintain, enhance, and promote a strong culture of compliance at the RF. We provide expertise and guidance across the RF and SUNY system in the areas of ethics, risk management, internal controls and a wide array of programmatic areas.
The OCS strives to attract, develop and retain diverse talent with the potential to be future leaders of our department and of the RF as a whole. We take an active role in supporting the professional growth of our staff, promoting skill development and career advancement to better position our team to serve our internal business partners.

FUNCTION & SCOPE:
We are seeking a creative and ambitious compliance professional with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills to support the implementation of the RF's board approved Compliance Program. The Compliance Analyst will interact with all levels of the RF and SUNY constituents, and report to the Deputy Compliance Officer.
