Description
The Division of General Obstetrics & Gynecology at Stony Brook Medicine is recruiting a fellowship-trained subspecialist in Complex Family Planning. This is a full-time faculty position at the Assistant/Associate Professor rank. Position responsibilities include clinical care of outpatients, surgeries, and involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual with strong clinical and interpersonal skills to help grow our expanding family planning practice. Our Department is engaged in a long term sustainable partnership with our partner university in Mozambique. A successful candidate will have the option for 2-3 months of protected time to participate in the Departmental Global Health Program.


Qualifications
Required Qualifications: MD or equivalent. Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. NYS License or Eligible for NYS License. Complex Family Planning Fellowship.
