Position Summary: The primary location of this position is the main Cullowhee, NC campus.

This position's primary responsibility is to support the Residential Operations unit in a number of key functions. Primary responsibilities include: managing the front desk of Brown Hall including supervising student staff, managing Residency Exemption Requests and Housing Cancellation Requests, partnering with the Office of Accessibility Resources to process approved Housing Accommodation Requests, coordinating room assignments for The Village and Summer Sessions, and coordinating early arrivals and extension requests each semester. In addition, this position provides administrative support including monitoring and responding to the departmental email, working with residence hall access control, managing conference room reservations, and processing requests for residency letters.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for this position:

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
