Position Description
Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Assist the HS principal with teacher staffing. Manage the hiring process by overseeing all tasks in Brassring, maintain all teacher files, assist in the teacher retiring/termination process.
  • Work closely with the TTU K-12 Administrative staff to develop and maintain highly functional working environments. Maintain data and evaluate processes. Work closely with the principal to organize and assist in administrative duties and tasks. Assist with scheduling meetings with TTU K-12 instructors and internal TTU K-12 employees.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for all TTU K-12 marketing needs including website updates, promotional items, and student and organization information.
  • Organize and oversee student organizations. Work with the principal to evaluate our program, needs of students and potential organization.
  • Work closely with all departments to monitor teacher turn around time, yearly appointments, and teaching assignments. Serve as the primary contact regarding teacher assignments while working closely with the assistant principal that oversees teachers.
  • Prepare and complete travel for TTU K-12 Academics and assist staff with travel documents when needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Typing, word processing, email communication, filing, organization, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with team members and customers.
  • Knowledge on using excel, smartsheet, excellent writing ability and time management skills.
  • Previous experience working in a K-12 or online school.
