Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager, Marketing, serves as a key strategic and operational partner to the Director of Marketing and Creative Services, supporting the growing needs of the Public Relations, Communications and Marketing Division and the Office of the President for integrated marketing initiatives. This position provides senior-level project management expertise, leading the coordination, prioritization, and execution of marketing, branding, and creative initiatives for the College, and ensuring that project timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are consistently met. The Senior Project Manager functions as a central point of coordination for workflow and resource alignment across creative, content, and production teams, and serves as the primary liaison between Marketing and Creative Services and internal College partners. This position champions innovation, including artificial intelligence and other tools, to streamline operations and improve marketing agility, responsiveness, and measurable impact. This position may represent the Director of Marketing and Creative Services at meetings and cross-functional initiatives, as needed, and plays an instrumental role in supporting institutional priorities and advancing the College's brand through collaborative partnerships with internal departments and creative professionals.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline required.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing complex, cross-functional projects required.
- Experience in marketing, communications, creative services, higher education, or a related environment required.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, implementing project management processes, coordinating stakeholder relationships, and improving operational workflows preferred.

Hiring Range:
13 Salary Starting salary beginning at $84,672/annually, based on education and experience.
