Customer Service Rep (Front Counter/Info Center)

Job Summary

Assists customers in our office, over the phone, and through emails.  Provides information to customers regarding parking and transit options on campus.  Provides general Front Counter and Department support.  Knowledge of basic office programs required (i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Windows).  Degree not required.

Responsibilities
Help customers at the front counter, answer telephone calls, and respond to customer emails.
Accept payment for parking permits and tickets.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and deposit.
Assist with data entry.
Direct customers at parking lot entrances during large scale special events on campus, such as home football games and other campus events.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Customer Service Representative, III: Requires 3+ years of related experience.

Preferences
Knowledge of basic office programs required (i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Windows). Degree not required.
