The College of DuPage is a comprehensive community college located 27 miles west of downtown Chicago, vitally connected to our local area for over 50 years. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Enrollment Frontline Representative serves as the first point of contact in the Enrollment Center for prospective and current students, providing exceptional customer service and support across multiple enrollment functions, including Admissions, Records & Registration, Financial Aid, International Student Services and general student inquiries. This position is responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless student experience.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High School graduate required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required.
- Two (2) years' experience in a high volume, customer service environment preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid Remote Eligible: Yes
Part-Time Work Schedule: Work hours will be 11am-3pm Monday through Friday
Hiring Range:
4 Hourly/Starting salary beginning at $17.59/hourly, based on experience and education.
