Undergraduate Studies Coordinator
The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Undergraduate Studies Coordinator.
Applications will be accepted until 1/25/2018.
Provide administrative and technical support to the Undergraduate Director servicing approximately 175 History majors. Database maintenance for History majors and the History Honors Program including Google lists and website. Schedule all appointments for students meeting with Director of Undergraduate Studies. Assist with registration for courses. Serve as a liaison to other Undergraduate Studies Coordinators in other departments.
Process all paperwork related to curriculum course scheduling, which includes approximately 80 courses per semester during the fall & spring semesters and 8-15 courses per summer session. Manage the collection, collation, and distribution of course descriptions. Work with the DUS on monitoring enrollments in History courses.
Update undergraduate portion of department website as needed (daily, weekly, monthly). Assist with the publicity of the undergraduate program.
Bachelors degree (4 years) or the equivalent in relevant experience
