The Full-time MBA Program Office is looking for a part-time (20 hours) temporary Student Services Assistant to help support MBA Orientation, incoming student transition activities, and communication with Full-time MBA students. General responsibilities will include event and administrative support. Specific duties are outlined below. The position is needed to from January to end of June, 2020.
FTMBA Major Events Support
Assist with planning and logistical support for:
All FTMBA Orientation programs (MBA1, Partners, International Students, and MBA2 Re-Orientation)
Final 100 (graduating student) - related events
Student club conferences/events
Club leader transition process
Support includes, but is not limited to, communications, preparation of agendas and materials, room reservation and on-site support on days of events
Update incoming student-related website
Coordinate with other units to compile bi-weekly incoming student alerts and other communications for incoming FTMBA students
Coordinate with Program Office and Career Development Office to plan and host incoming student webinar
Assist with development and documentation of processes related to student transition activities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
