Launching in the summer of 2019, the Center for Inclusive Computing is a new initiative of Northeastern University and the Khoury College of Computer Sciences. The goal of the Center is to promote the advancement of women majoring in computing in college. These include the grant making process, the provision of technical assistance to universities, and peer to peer mentoring. In addition, the Program Director will have responsibility for working with colleagues and consultants on monitoring and evaluation, research, and strategic communications.
The Program Director reports to the Executive Director of the Center, will supervise the Program Coordinator, and will work closely with the Technical Advisors, Researcher and Communications Specialist.

Master Degree in computing, business, administration or other related field.
Expertise in implementing best practices for women in computing and computing/STEM education.
