Job Summary:

The Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Senior Instructor or above. The successful candidate will serve as a generalist in obstetrics and gynecology, providing comprehensive clinical care, including inpatient and outpatient services, as well as gynecologic surgery. Responsibilities include participation in night, weekend, & holiday call schedules to meet the division's needs. This role emphasizes clinical excellence while also contributing to the teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows in a dynamic academic environment.

Work Location:

Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Senior Instructor

Board-eligible OBGYN

Colorado Medical License

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Meets criteria for Senior Instructor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine

Assistant Professor

Board-certified OBGYN

Colorado Medical License

2-4 years of clinical OBGYN experience post-residency

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Meets criteria for Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine

Associate Professor

Board-certified OBGYN

Colorado Medical License

5-7 years of clinical OBGYN experience

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Meets criteria for Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine

Professor

Board-certified OBGYN

Colorado Medical license

Ten (10) years or more of clinical OBGYN experience

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

5-7 years of leadership experience in clinical operations

Experience as a clinical educator

Meets criteria for Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine

Anticipated Pay Range:

The hiring range for this position has been established as:

Senior Instructor $260,000-$280,000
Assistant Professor $280,000-$300,000
Associate Professor $310,000-$330,400
Professor $330,400-$350,000

The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
