Job Summary
Provides direct administrative support for the Clinical Trials Director and Associate Director. This position also provides support for the Clinical Trials Leadership meetings and the department.

Essential Functions
- Support Clinical Trials Office Director and Associate Directors of Operations. These Directors oversee an office of more than 150 full time employees conducting high impact intervention clinical trials and support more than 70 principal investigators that are medical providers.
- Provides administrative assistance, calendaring, daily schedule management, projection and planning as well as oversight for key leadership meetings by way of set up, agendas, minutes for Clinical Trial executives.
- Travel support for the Clinical Trials Director and Associate Director.
- Maintains Clinical Trials staff lists, organization charts, staff meeting and overall operations directors require to run department.
- Researches, analyzes and prepares administrative and statistical reports and documents.
- Represents directors with internal and external facing entities and support all meetings as required.
- May supervise the activities of support staff including planning and organizing the department workflow.
- Clinical Trials Leadership special project support as needed.
Incumbents in this position may be required to represent the executive at meetings and interact with individuals at the highest levels in public and private organizations on a local and national basis.

The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of life span growth and development and the ability to assess data regarding the patient's status and provide care as described in the department's policies and procedures manual.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Administration or a related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required. Two years office management and supervisory experience, demonstrated knowledge of finance and budgeting, and public relations skills required. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills are also required.
This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.
