This position provides full administrative support for the Department, Chair and Faculty. Additionally, this position manages all aspects of the department financial budget; oversees scheduling, training and payroll of all staff and work study students; coordinates faculty and department events; oversees office space; analyzes and creates academic course schedules; resolves and manages department equipment and orders supplies; as well as disseminates university information, policies and procedures to faculty and staff; handles many aspects of faculty searches and works with CAS, College of Arts and Sciences Graduate Studies (GRS) and International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) offices.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
